Vitis sp. - Native Grape

Deciduous vine to 20 - 50 ft. Fast growing. Offspring of possibly Vitis californica or Vitis giardina. Green heart-shaped leaves. Edible black grapes with large seeds in late summer. Birds love the fruit. Full sun to part shade. Drought tolerant, prefers moderate water. Tolerates a wide variety of soils. Hardy to 15º F.
