Condea emoryi (syn. Hyptis emoryi) - Desert Lavender

Evergrey shrub to 6 ft tall by 3 ft wide. Aromatic silver-grey leaves, with purple flowers from early spring through summer. Native to the deserts of Southern California; does well in hot, dry, sunny spots in the garden. Full to part sun. Low water. Prefers fast draining soils. Hardy to 25º F.
