Evergreen ground cover to 2 ft tall by 8 - 10 ft wide. Fast growing, with glossy green leaves and clusters of light blue flowers in spring. Excellent large-scale ground cover. Great for bank stabilization. Full sun to part shade. Tolerates coastal and interior conditions, best with part shade inland. Low water, ok with some supplemental summer water. Tolerates sandy, clay, and alkaline soils. Hardy to 20º F.
