Calystegia macrostegia - Island Morning Glory

Evergreen vine to 20 ft. Vigorous, twining habit. Long bloom season of lovely white or pale pink flowers in spring and summer. Great for quick coverage of a fence or wall, also makes a nice ground cover. Prune in winter to encourage lush new growth in spring. Full sun along the coast to part shade inland. Looks best with moderate water, otherwise it may go stress-deciduous in summer. Prefers rocky to sandy soils. Hardy to 25º F
