Evergreen shrub or small tree to 5 ft. Fern-like green leaves. Flowers have showy clusters of red stamens. Blooms nearly year-round. Attracts hummingbirds and bees. Native to Baja California. Full sun. Drought tolerant once established, some supplemental water will encourage longer bloom season. Prefers faster draining soils. Hardy to 10º F
