Baccharis 'Centennial' - Centennial Desert Broom

Evergreen shrub to 3 ft tall by 5 ft wide. Hybrid of B. pilularis and B. sarothroides. Small, bright green leaves and overall round habit. Looks great mass planted as a large-scale ground cover. Excellent choice for slope stabilization and erosion control. Full to part sun. Low water, maintains denser form with less supplemental water. Tolerates alkaline, clay, and sandy soils; prefers faster draining soils. Hardy to 15º F
