Arctostaphylos densiflora 'Sentinel' - Sentinel Manzanita

Evergreen shrub to 4 - 6 ft. Smooth red bark & grey-green leaves, with abundant clusters of white to pale pink flowers in early spring. Attracts hummingbirds and butterflies. Great selection for a hedge. Relatively fast growing (for a manzanita). Tolerates a wide range of soils, from beach sand to clay. Full sun, low water. Hardy to 10º F.
