Arctostaphylos densiflora 'Howard McMinn' - Manzanita

Evergreen shrub to 6 - 8 ft. Dense green leaves, peeling red bark. Clusters of small white to pale pink bell-shaped flowers in spring. Excellent for attracting wildlife, including hummingbirds and butterflies. One of the most reliable manzanitas in a garden setting. Full sun, low water. Tolerates clay soils. Hardy to 10º F.
